Death Toll From Collapsed Building Hits Five
. 20 Rescued, Operation Continues

Death toll from the three-storey building that collapsed in Ojodu Berger yesterday has reached five, while 20 people were rescued alive.
The building, located on 10, Oremeta Street Ojodu, that houses the popular EqualRight Restaurant went down early Saturday morning.
Confirming the update on the incident to Slye News, Coordinator, South West, National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Ibrahim Farinloye said: “A total of 20 victims were rescued, while (6 adult females and 9 adult males) were rescued alive”.
“Unfortunately, five dead bodies were recovered in which were three females and two adult males. Rescue operation is ongoing.” He stated.
