After series of bloodbath and raging fire on national assets, President Muhammadu Buhari as agreed to make a national broadcast Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 7pm.

Special Adviser to the President, Media & Publicity, Femi Adesina in a statement said: “Following detailed briefing by security chiefs on the current situation in the country, President Muhammadu Buhari will make a national broadcast Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 7pm.

“Television, radio and other electronic media outlets are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Radio Nigeria respectively for the broadcast,” he stated.

Several Nigerians have called on the president to make national broadcast on the raging protest #EndSARS, which has led to the killing of several citizens and burning down of strategic national assets in various stages of the federation.
