BREAKING: Three Storey Building Collapses In Kano

Dozens of people are currently trapped as a three storey building collapses in a popular GSM market located at Beirut Road in the metropolitan city of Kano.
Coordinator of National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA), Kano, Dr Nura Abdullah, who confirmed this to SlyeNews said eight people have been rescued alive so far.
“So far about eight persons have been rescued and taken to the hospital while search and rescue operations is still ongoing to rescue those trapped beneath the rubbles,” he said.
Abdullah said the building collapsed while additional stairs were being added as construction is still ongoing.
