THIRTEEN days after a three storey building collapsed on Lagos Island and killed two people, another three storey building has just collapsed in Ebutte Metta, Lagos.
SlyNews confirmed that one person has been rescued alive, while search and rescue operation continues.
The Acting Coordinator, National Emergency Management Authority (NEMA) Lagos Territorial Office, Ibrahim Farinloye, said the three storey building collapsed on Cemetery Road, Ebutte Metta.
“From the information gathered there is no more people trapped as today is the market day thus all occupants are outside the building” he stated.
