Ahmadiyya Youths Engage DSS, FCT Command

A delegation from Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya, otherwise known as Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Organization, Nigeria, led by the Sadr (National President) embarked on a courtesy visit to the Director, Department of State Security (DSS), FCT Command, Mr Ado Mu’azu, to strengthen the collaboration between MKAN and security agencies, enhancing efforts to foster peace and security within the nation.
During the visit, the Sadr underscored MKAN’s unwavering commitment to supporting security agencies and complementing their endeavors. Emphasizing the pivotal role of youth in promoting peace and security, he highlighted MKAN’s engagement in humanitarian services, the ‘Stop the Crime’ campaign, and various peace initiatives across the nation.
Furthermore, the Sadr extended an invitation to the Divisional Commandant to MKAN’s national Ijtema, scheduled to convene from Thursday, April 18th to Sunday, April 21st, 2024. The Ijtema serves as a platform for fostering unity, discussing pressing issues, and advancing initiatives aimed at societal betterment.
Expressing gratitude for the visit, the Divisional Commandant commended MKAN for its proactive approach and lauded their contributions, particularly the impactful ‘Stop the Crime’ Campaign. He acknowledged the significance of collaborative efforts between religious, especially, youth-based organizations and security institutions in promoting peace and security.
The interaction between MKAN and the Divisional Commandant signifies a shared commitment to national security and underscores the importance of constructive engagement between youth organizations and security agencies.
